They sold me a phone that I can't activate because it's LOCKED
The phone is described as unlocked. The phone I received is locked. Sprint could not activate a locked phone. This phone is a gift for my daughter and she is very upset that she cannot use this thing. Now I have to spend more time and gas driving across town to the UPS store to return the phone. Overall, I am NOT happy with this whole deal.
