4 stars because of two things: The arms are a bit short. If you use it, say lying in bed, it's a bit far. Second, the Pad-Pro's main holder holds the tablet right where you plug in the power cord. So you can only use it for a limited time based on battery life. Pros: solid frame, heavy. Not a cheap product. I've bought other good frames that quickly broke or wore out. This is a tank. I was glad that the second hand can hold a regular 10 inch iPad, not just a phone. It holds it perfectly and has a hole that allows you to charge it while using it. I would like to see the company customize their hands and allow us to buy separately. Overall a good product.
