Leaves a Shine on my review.

I was hoping that real bone wouldn't leave a shine. It's great on light colors but does leave a shine on dark. The bone folder itself is very nice. Smooth, sturdy, and comfortable. I should have bought Teflon. My bad. The moment I looked at it, the company enclosed a small folder explaining faults I might find. Imperfections etc. It is bone after all. They insist you contact them right away if you have any problems. They want everything to be perfect. It's a wonderful bone folder.

Pros

good value for the money - i make leather wallets and use it to form/stretch the pockets as needed.

Cons

The folding capabilities might not work on curved surfaces
