The rectangular shape of this bug net (not the pointed one that hangs from a single hook) made it suitable for my use. We have a small electric pontoon boat that runs at 3-5 mph so we can't outrun the bugs on the days they are active. There is an awning over the back seat of the boat to which we attach a net. The mesh extended to the deck, where we were able to 'fix' it with door hoses to keep drafts out. Good. A great way to have happy hour on the lake without getting bitten by mosquitoes or gnats.
