I use this type of bulbs in several outdoor lights (with sealed lenses) with motion sensors, so I use several bulbs each year due to multiple on/off cycles per day. They come in a nice compact pack of 10 which is easy to open/close and each individual bulb is stored in its own little cardboard box with a protective pouch inside so you can take them out with no oil on your body without closing them use gloves. at around $1.20 per bulb and I didn't have to waste time or fuel picking them up - they were delivered in 2 days. Locally, these types of bulbs are only sold in hard-to-open or stored blister packs containing 1-2 bulbs. and cost around $6-8 per bulb depending on wattage.
