Review on 📡 XHS7-1001-WHT Wi-Fi Motion Sensor with Message Alerts, White by SimpleHome: Enhancing Detection and Alerts by Joshua Castillo

This device works great! It captures a wide range of movements as advertised. Installation was quick, easy and hassle free. I would definitely buy another one, except the accompanying Android app (version 1.0.1.42) is horribly bad. It took almost 37 minutes to change the position of the phone and the lights to scan the QR code from the application (I didn't find any other way to enter information about the device). Supposedly there is a way to set if-this style event handlers and I can set the if-this part - no problem. When I click to add the "then" action, the page is completely blank. I only know the sensor is working at all if I'm on a side of the device with a little red banner that says "fired". silent; lack of vibration; no flash of light; nothing useful.
