This is exactly what I needed! I've been doing my own manicure for about 6 months now and I've never realized how important dehydrators and primers are to you, especially if you regularly use gel or acrylic on your nails. Make sure you remove any remaining dust, oil, and dirt residue from the nail before applying any other product that will then trap those unwanted particles on your nails. Acrylic or gel base that also prevents cracking. I tested the product on one nail first and compared it to another single nail that didn't use a dehydrator and/or primer. I felt the difference immediately. I felt like I had a smoother finish when applying the base coat and gel. I have to wait a little longer to comment on the lift prevention and bond strength but I find the blend has a firmer feel due to the smoother application. Although I received this review item for free, I would like to point out that the price of this product, especially the double pack, is really affordable and I will buy it in the future when it runs out.
