SILICONE MATS WORK AS SPECIFIED
PRO: These silicone mats work as advertised and prevent food from sticking to metal. I don't need to buy anything else if I really need a clean fryer release and still have decent airflow. CONS: My food hasn't stuck yet and the insulating nature of the silicone can affect my cook time. Yes, I would buy them again. I'll probably recommend them to friends as well as I'm sure there are some sticky foods I'll ever get from an air fryer.
