I love that you can set up an auto text or phone call when someone is due back in service after their shift has ended so they don't forget about it (and then get yelled/written up).
Also like how easy it was to use once we got used to using it - very intuitive interface as well. There are some features of Remindy where i wish were easier to access but again not hard enough to be frustrating if one knows what buttons do exactly which ones work differently than others etc., Overall its great!! We've had zero issues thus far since implementing into our organization's workflow process.
