Cute little collar in Cats

I bought this collar because my cat keeps licking his lips. It's really cute and colorful and easy to wash. My only complaint is that it's made out of absorbent fabric, so every time she drinks, the water seeps into it. However, this does not prevent them from eating or drinking, it serves its purpose.
