No complaints - my new review
I bought this knife as my Santoku was getting beat up after years of use. I found this particular knife on sale and took a chance, I'm glad I did. This knife is SHARP, right out of the box. It feels great in my hand and cuts the way it's supposed to. It's a great looking knife too (not that it matters). Overall very happy with this knife.
- Definitely good quality and sturdy tool in the kitchen to make food prep easier.
- Not dishwasher safe
