Review on ๐Ÿš€ Enhanced SEO-Friendly SHIMANO Alfine Chain Tensioners by Mike Hernandez

I love the simplicity of One Speed โ€‹โ€‹

I love the simplicity of One-Speed and with the recent addition of the bad drivetrain fat bike to the stable I thought I'd go down that route, at least for a while. What I don't like about SS is that the gears are pretty high for what I ride, narrow, enduro, trials and such, and the lowest chainring you can get is 36 for SS, and the lowest gear is about 20. which is too high for some of the hills i ride. However, when I enter the connecting roads, I find myself very low, so I will cheat. Single 20 tooth rear wheel and 2 speed 22/34 front and left derailleur. This stretcher does it, no problem, and I still have something like SS. Maybe I call it that, SSS! Anyway, I have a high/low SS now and it's pretty damn close to perfect. The only problem is that you have to make sure that the rear gear aligns perfectly with the tensioner teeth. It's also typical Shimano quality, very well made. Don't use an Alfine gear on this unless you know what it is, it's for a specific hub even if it will fit a regular cassette. I canceled a first trip.

Cons
