I almost bought this model because there was no cutter on the box. Stupid I know but we have to keep things simple in our house and that was almost a deal breaker! I'm so glad I took it anyway. This is amazing parchment paper! We had previously purchased white pieces so I wasn't sure how it would be different. It looks a bit thin, which I really like. It's easier to lay flat compared to my old stuff - less "paper". So far I've made a sheet of baked turkey bacon on it and also baked some fish. The turkey bacon was impressive - not a drop of it spilled onto the pan below. There was a little bleeding from the fish, but there was more oil and liquid on it. In any case, cleaning just got a whole lot easier! I think I found my new parchment paper. The lack of a cutter is no longer a problem. Pull out the paper, press the cover to clamp it where the cutter would normally be, and pull. It tears so easily and is very clean! No terrible metal cutter needed!
