This parchment paper is just amazing! It saves so much time with less cleaning and dishwashing. It has also helped me with baking as I make crackers and cookies which sometimes get a little sticky or wet before cooking. I've used parchment paper for years - mostly on baking sheets but also for homemade pizzas.
