I've used parchment paper for years - mostly on baking sheets but also for homemade pizzas. I can almost always reuse the sheets by simply wiping them down with a paper towel (sometimes damp/damp) and rolling them back up (when dry if dampened) and placing the roll in a box marked "U". keep for use. This parchment paper is very thin, maybe twice as thin as ordinary parchment paper (not checked with a micrometer). It also appears to be "softer" which is why it's weak. I don't think I could use it more than once in most cases. So is this "IF YOU CARE FSC certified parchment paper" more sustainable than the product I've used 4 or more times on baking sheets?
