I have used this parchment paper for many years. For me the perfect parchment paper. I understand this may not be the case for some people as everyone is different, but I get no feedback that it was only 3 inches long. Anyway, I have to confirm my 5 star rating. :) I bake a lot because I prefer to buy as little packaged food as possible. Cookies, pastries, cakes, macaroons, croissants, pies, etc. require parchment, and that's my secret weapon - non-stick coating. Yes, the box is thin, yes, I cut the parchment with scissors, but the product itself does not deteriorate from this. Also, I reuse it in some cases, for example when making a Napoleon cake, I roll out my 10 layers onto just 2 pieces of parchment, so I use each piece 5 times! The same goes for biscuits, croissants, parmesan shavings and other goodies. I also use this parchment to wrap homemade sausages, to line pans when roasting poultry/meat/vegetables and to cook food in parchment wrappers.
