I gave 4 stars because.

This parchment paper is just amazing! It saves so much time with less cleaning and dishwashing. It has also helped me with baking as I make crackers and cookies which sometimes get a little sticky or wet before cooking. It cooks well and the finished product doesn't leave a sticky mess or food sticking to my oven pans. I love it! I also love how natural this brand is. I only give 4 stars because of the price. wish it would cost less. I'll try to update the Italian Crackers recipe (like the ones in the photos) soon for anyone interested in making them. UPDATE: My Italian Cracker Recipe: 1/2 cup pumpkin seed flour powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon oregano seasoning 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 "chia eggs”* Method: Preheat oven 350'. Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. I use a fork to make sure it's pressed and mixed well. then add the olive oil and mix thoroughly until crumbly. Then add the chia egg and mix well. it might be a little wet and sticky but that's ok. Place the dough on parchment paper and place another sheet of parchment paper on top. Press down and then roll out to desired cracker thickness. Then cut into squares and possibly sprinkle some sea salt on top if you like more salt. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Oven temperatures vary, so wait about 15 minutes to make sure it doesn't burn. Enjoy! ;) *Chia Egg - Mix 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds with 3 tablespoons water. Since this recipe calls for 2 chia eggs, you'll need to mix 2 tablespoons of ground chia seeds with 6 tablespoons of water. I hope this review helps someone :)
