Much darker than the pictures
I was expecting them to be similar to the ones I bought in February (ss shovan brand). They are closer to coffee-colored cream. I prefer the lighter color as I use it as a work surface for paper crafts. Photos are misleading. As a baking or hot-press tray, I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter.
