Useless 3 year guarantee First time using, attached to the top of the aquarium, one fell into the aquarium. Destroyed. The tiny Velcro mount is virtually useless when the device is placed on a flat surface due to the four rubber bumpers. When facing backwards, remove the four Velcro straps for better grip and position the unit away from the tank. BUT the customer service number "not working" and their website (in German) is totally useless; When you figure out how to send them a message, you don't get the last step of SEND. Keep searching.
