This kettle has a piece of plastic on the left side of the back of the kettle where you pour water. This makes it difficult to use if you are left-handed. The area for pouring water is already very small and easily makes a mess. This may not be a problem for right-handers, and for the price it seems very affordable. However, the coffee maker does keep the coffee warm well when not in the car, which is great for me as I use this coffee maker at work and can brew coffee elsewhere and take the coffee pot to work.
