The product does not fit in a wine bottle. The wine pours out.

I have bought wine stick coolers many times but not this brand. If you live in the desert (where tomorrow the maximum will be 120 degrees) this is a must. I opened the box, looked good, threw away the boxes (I bought two), went to use them last night, put them in my normal sized bottle as usual, put them down, went to pour wine, it fell out and spilled wine. I will not buy this brand again. (and can't go back because I threw away the boxes, I mean who knew they wouldn't work?!)
