I have been using this product for about 3 weeks and it has worked. I've used it on dogs that bark at me when I walk past their yards. It works best with verbal commands. Now my neighbor's dog stops barking when I tell him "no". About 2 weeks has passed using the device along with the "no" command. Some dogs respond better to an audible sound and others to an inaudible environment. You just have to test this on each dog. You can not use it if you have your own dog because it is not unidirectional and your dog will hear it and it will bother your dog too. You can use it to teach your dog not to bark or anything like that.
