Review on Threaded Phenolic Socket Lamp with Turn Knob by Gunaraj Callaham

I had a flashlight with a broken socket and cable. Whether this socket is suitable as a replacement is difficult to assess based on the pictures and descriptions. So I took a chance and luckily it was a perfect fit. I need a threaded base to screw into the stem of a table lamp and luckily the threads were the same. It was also important to have a ring at the top to hold the shadow in place. It ended up being the perfect replacement and appears to be a reasonably solid socket. Time will tell if it holds up.
