Works as advertised and good value for money

This is the best chef's knife for slicing any food that likes to burn, especially potatoes and cheese, but it's also great for any other veg. I use it for carrots, peppers, onions, whatever. But it goes well with potatoes, tomatoes and cheese. Holes and comb work as advertised. They push sticky products away from the knife and make difficult cutting tasks easier.
