Review on πŸŽ’ Osprey Packs Atmos Medium Backpack - Optimal for Backpacking by Shakira Loper

Indifferent Customer Service - DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM OSPREY

If there's a problem with this kit and you bought it from a reseller like REI, you're probably fine. If you bought it direct from Osprey, you're screwed. Backpacks are primarily based on torso length. So if you are tall and thin, the hip belt will slide over your hips and you will bear all the weight on your hips. Shoulders. Not something you just paid $275 for! - Osprey Customer Service can't get rid of you fast enough. Rather than attempting to provide recommendations as to whether the hipbelt is interchangeable or adjustable, or if not, whether the frame comes in a longer size with different sized hipbelts, their first response was to link to a size chart (which I used , when I bought a backpack) and "If you find the package is the wrong size, you can sell it privately." Why THANK YOU for your permission! We have 2 other Atmos AG packs in the family that work well. I'm still trying to determine if this can be salvaged, ideally just by purchasing a replacement part. Absolutely no involvement from Osprey in finding a solution
