The picture and sound on this 65 inch TV are impressive. The "Magic Remote" is cool, but takes some getting used to because it's quite sensitive. Ability to turn off the pointer it turns on except to turn the remote control face down and not touch it. It will then turn off after about 15 seconds. The documentation in the box also lacks details on how to use the magic remote control. I think everything should be intuitively obvious, but that's not the case when you're maybe under 20 years old. delivered and left in the box for me to install. I delivered it to my mom the day before thanksgiving and the boys were 2 hours late but at least they called her to let her know. When they arrived they insisted on making sure the TV was on. do couriers do that? When unpacking, they practically destroyed the box and took it with them when they left. My mother didn't think to stop her and it never occurred to me that this would be a problem. This is unacceptable. What if I have a problem and need to return the TV? Also, they told my mom they wanted to attach the legs, but they didn't even have a standard Phillips screwdriver to do it. Not that they have to do it at all. I deliberately didn't want clumsy couriers to touch it. So I'm giving the TV 4 stars and the delivery service only 2 out of courtesy.
