We bought these for our Sunday service on Facebook Live. Everything went well for the first 6 weeks. There were some hiccups, but overall everything went well. The audience then began to comment that a hum could be heard in the background. After testing in numerous scenarios, the hum sometimes occurs, sometimes not. Sometimes very loud, sometimes quiet in the background. One of the mics buzzes much louder than the other, and when the one that buzzes is turned off, the other buzzes most of the time with no buzz. Since I don't watch Facebook Live, I won't hear about this until the service ends, then there's nothing more we can do. The 30 day return policy has expired so we're going to use the one that works as we're looking for a new 2 mic solution and consider the $100 purchase a loss. If you read the fine print you can't just add a new mic to the system, you need to buy 2 new mics and a new receiver which we will be making from another brand. TO UPDATE! I went back and read the brochure that came with the mic set and they gave me some advice. I tried one thing and it worked and the mics worked with very little noise. I'll check back this week and give another update. Due to the difference in sound, the excellent rechargeability of these devices (a full charge takes around 30-45 minutes, a charge lasts over 2 hours) and the sound they pick up (very clear), I've downgraded my rating to 2 stars. If the last tip fixes the hum, I'll raise the rating again.
