The best kitchen cleaning tool I have. I use one for pots and pans, one for the sink and one spare. This is a fantastic product. I'm sure you can read other reviews to learn more, but this is especially good for 1) cast iron, 2) really sticky food, and 3) eggs. I can use them on any surface from ceramic plates to nonstick pans to my cast iron, putting a lot of effort into really separating the stuck food and not leaving any scratches. However, if you eat a lot of eggs, this thing is a must. Eggs tend to stick to pans and pots and then get stuck in sponges when washing. With this little tool you can simply scrape off the eggs and then do the final cleaning with a simple soap. The last useful thing it does is clean the sink after you're done - and a quick rinse will wash away any leftover food. I like it!
