Review on 💡 Nickel Close-to-Ceiling Light Fixture by Progress Lighting P3925-09 by Ryan Gillett

I installed a similar product 10 years ago and needed to be replaced. This Chinese-made model has half the metal of the previous one and is half the weight despite being the same size. While it looks good, I don't like the fact that the glass is thinner and there isn't much room for bulbs. Although 2 bulbs fit, there is not enough space around them for the bulbs to last long. They made the bottom of the jar flatter instead of more curved to create more space. Although outlets are rated at 75W, I would not recommend using more than 40W incandescent bulbs due to this limitation. .I use LED bulbs, so I think everything will be fine. My previous lamp had a lot of rust, a lot of rust appeared, it looks like the materials used in this model will not rust. The mounting screws for attaching the base to the bracket are too short. Now I have to go to the hardware store. The previous model was 2 inches lower.
