I love ghetto blasters, have a Magnavox D8443 but always wanted a modern ghetto blaster for my mobile phone. I was hesitant to buy this but two 5 star reviews made me pull the trigger. I received the boombox two days later and was disappointed with the cheapness of the material it was made from. The sound was fine. I've heard better things about real ghetto blasters from the 80s. The radio and tape recorder work, but when I connected my phone to bluetooth, the sound only came out of the left speaker. I checked the radio and tape recorder twice to make sure the sound was coming from both speakers and not just one. Bluetooth was broken. I don't know if the boombox I received was defective but I didn't want to change it. Appearance feels cheap, speaker pairing with the Bluetooth was an issue. It didn't cost me €100. If it was $30 I might buy it again, but for me it's a big IF.
