I had a pumped heating pad from the same company for many years and eventually had to replace it. I bought this one because I was so happy with the last one. I love the added new features like an electronic dispenser and a hand pump dispenser that produces a much larger flow of water than the old model with a single pump. To use the electronic dispenser, you must always press the unlock button before the dispense button to prevent accidental use (useful for children or Sabbath keepers). The hand pump is also lockable but can be left on or off between uses depending on your preference. This pot has a hashsher and does not need to be wiped down (relevant to devout Jews). I hope it lasts as long as the previous one, love it!
