The mount works great. It grips the phone firmly and doesn't seem to fall out when riding, even over bumpy spots. The only problem I have is that the phone lock doesn't keep the phone in one place. The phone moves on bumpy sections but hasn't been dropped yet (about a week of cycling - even over uneven/bumpy sections). I will super glue the ball/bracket area to keep the phone from moving and reduce the risk of the adjustment bracket falling off. But overall it's a nice feel that seems to do the job, just needs fixing the lock that holds the phone in place.
