Bought this pump to pressurize my reverse osmosis system so I can pressurize my holding tank and improve fridge fill speed. While the pump is doing all of this, it seems to be quite noisy. It doesn't seem too bad in the room itself, but I bolted it to a 1x6 that's bolted to the concrete wall under the house with a reverse osmosis unit. When it's on I can see it at 40 feet on the main level, it's not loud but it's a noticeable buzz that wears you down the moment you see it. Double checked and added styrofoam insulation on some of the lines where the vibration is but after all this you can still hear the pump pushing. I would be cautious with this pump depending on where it is installed.
