This item is likely to be excellent and good value for baking biscuits as advertised. So I wouldn't hesitate to trust leaf as a very simple and small option for deleting cookies. But not for heavier tasks. We were hoping that it would come in handy as a drip pan in our traditional oven when cooking grilled chicken. This feature is due to the relatively high temperature (450 degrees) and the pan deforms during the cycle due to the relatively thin metal. The rim of the pan is low so we had a bit of a mess as the grill juice spilled to the opposite side of the pan.
