Review on 🏬 Black Two-Sided Rotating Tower Storage Cabinet by Prepac by David Fields

This product took some time to ship and I ended up needing a replacement part which also took some time to ship. The whole process took a good two and a half weeks to finally put the thing together. However, this is a very good DVD rack and fits in almost any corner (if you want to put it in the corner). It spins well and has a multi-year warranty. It's a bit bigger than I imagined, I know the dimensions are clearly stated in the description (but still). The assembly wasn't that bad, 40 minutes to an hour maximum. The instructions contain written descriptions and illustrations to help you find your way. It looks and feels like quality compared to anything else you will find. like Walmart. It is double sided with plenty of storage space and the shelves are adjustable to accommodate your needs. For my part, I even got extra shelf cards to use as a backup should I need them in the years to come. As mentioned, I needed a spare part when assembling it. A quick phone call (no mention of waiting time) did the trick straight away. The lady on the phone just asked for the part number I needed, no rhetorical questions, no pictures, NO hassles! I will say that I had to call twice because I missed them the first time and my call was not answered. Overall this is a nice product and customer service was a breeze. I would say the wait for this thing was the worst. Otherwise this is a solid shelf with a great warranty on it. You can't go wrong here, just make sure it fits your needs (that you don't have more than it can hold). Thanks for reading and have fun!
