This ball works. The distance is terrible, club to 1 or 2 clubs. But it is reliable and quite durable. It's hard as stone. Wear earplugs when hitting a driver. But after a few laps they're still running. That's a lot more than I can say about the balls from the other three companies I've tried. This one turns on when you light it up and is a lot more reliable than the ones that light up on impact. Those two brands were bad. I tried three other very popular brands recommended by Revain. They were all terrible. They didn't come close and didn't feel demanding and didn't last as long as they demanded. In fact, a single brand (CG) LED balloon would not even make it through a 9 hole course. Another LED brand (BP) had horrible caps that broke after a few hits. Don't hit them Vokeys. Returned. I lost about 3 LED Balls (CG) because they died on impact. like 5th beat or less. I returned the rest. The one that lit up and didn't light up (RLG) was the absolute worst. It's not like a normal ball because the very first hit tears the coating and after that you lose all distance. Also, they don't glow at all. They take forever to charge up to a faint glow and then disappear after 150 meters. But don't worry, after the first hit it won't fly further than 150 meters because the lid will fall off. play in the dark. They are reliable, other brands are not. Also buy a multicolored balloon because it has a pulsing mode that looks like a UFO as it flies through the air. This is the "color" that never ceases to amaze me.
