They are always quick (sometimes too fast!) in responding back when I ask questions about my account/screenings process etc., as well any other issues that arise during normal business hours of operation for myself & clients using OTE services- from initial contact through post screening results processing time frames via email correspondence between me /client';s team members who provide support throughout this entire timeframe.-from first screen date submitted thru final report completion dates received by employer(ies)-employer feedback provided after each round completed within specified timespans before next scheduled interview cycle begins.
