Pros: Excellent power connection. It won't come off. Does exactly what I need, feeding an HDMI 1080p source (our 16 channel video surveillance system) to four remote monitors. Good price. Very good build quality, doesn't feel cheap. No significant RF emissions on any amateur radio or HF band from the power supply or the device itself, or from HDMI input or output cables; The power supply and the device remain sufficiently cool with an ambient temperature of 74º. Bright LEDs - you can see the status at a glance. Cons: Only one, and it's most likely uncritical. It's too small and light for something with six cables attached (power, 4 HDMI outs, one HDMI in). The cable exerts enough force on the device that it's difficult to place it where I really want it. he wants to be at the balanced tension point of all the cables, and I don't want that. To solve this problem I used masking tape and glued a shelf to the bottom of the unit which holds it securely in place. I would give this one five stars if it was a lot heavier and stayed where it was placed.
