This is the worst dietary supplement I have ever tried. You'll feel like a full garage every time you take it. It actually ruined my workout because I feel really bad. Side effects are migraines, abdominal pain and lack of concentration. I'm willing to feel uncomfortable about losing weight and don't expect to feel amazing taking diet pills, but that's unacceptable. In addition, the ingredients are not pure. When I took this I developed patchy skin rashes and hives. This only happened on the days I used this product and within 30 minutes of taking it. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.
