Glass could fall out of assembly when lifting item. It's designed to be picked up and flipped over, but two of the end caps have come loose! I have returned it twice, each time with the same result. I have 30 and 45 minutes of the same design that work fine. But the 60 minute red sand was ruined. I asked if they could tell me what type of glue to use so it would be compatible with the plastic and I would fix it myself. But every time I had to go back. I would try it a third time but I wasn't sure if it was a trend in this line. I liked that it had to be within 1% of the actual design time. But I had to fix it first. Next time I can only guess about the glue and be done with that.
