The magnetic pads stick very well to metal surfaces, although they can be removed by pulling. The bushings themselves are marked (by millimeters) and you get three to cover anything from 4.5mm to 20mm, with some repeats (e.g. 13mm). This is very helpful as I have bought several sets over the years. No more fiddling with a tool bag with loose heads. What I like most compared to other organizers is that it easily fits any type of head, 1/4" or 1/2". I brought back two other organizers who weren't as flexible.
