I work with computers by trade and I will tell you what I think of this thermal paste. If I had chronic problems with CPU temperatures on a client server I would use this paste regularly and it has always at least helped. If I replace the stock dry paste on older graphics cards in my private hobby or upgrade the cooler of a CPU, graphics card or chipset, I always have not only good thermal results, but also better overclocking. And stability as tests when these components were new with factory pastes. It's also great for replacing thermal paste on gaming consoles. Are there more extreme solutions for enthusiasts? Yes, but in almost every case it's a huge improvement over the included thermal compounds. I would recommend it without hesitation.
