Has pros: Good camera for home use. I also shoot for microstocks - works that would not be accepted because of the quality of shooting have not yet happened. Intuitive controls. There are automatic modes. There are manual ones. The battery holds a charge long enough. Some cons: After a year of use (in not the most extreme conditions), dust accumulated in the lens, significantly spoiling the quality of the photos. Cleaning it up isn't that hard, but it's an unpleasant situation. The macro mode is a bit underpowered. I love shooting insects and macro with this lens, not the quality I need.
