Best Issue Tracking Tool for large scale projects

The simplicity of use, easy adaptation from other tools like Jira/Asana etc., great support with training videos! I don't have any dislikes about this tool but only improvements could be that it should become more intuitive in order not so much time spent while learning how things works (it's easier than you think).
We are solving issues related to communication between team members regarding what needs fixing or changes needed before an iteration starts as well we're managing our sprints using scrum methodologies together with development teams.
