Maybe an expired or defective product?
Bought 3 packs. The first one we opened was broken. The lip balm in the tin has not "unscrewed" and is therefore completely unusable. The screw that pushes the wax up as it's applied didn't pull for some reason. The second tube still works. But the first defective tube makes the entire purchase uneconomical. I have loved Chapstick for many years but cannot recommend it as a reliable way to buy a reliable product.
