Review on Enhance Your Audio Experience with Brainwavz M2 In-Ear Earbuds: Noise Isolating Stereo Headphones by Theresa Brown

Best under $100

I have a lot of low quality in-ear headphones that are not neutral. I also have a lot of high quality and great sounding audio gear. When I'm looking at something, I run it through my glove. They have retained their dignity and I will definitely leave them. Brainwavz headphones are relatively unknown in the IEM world. For me they were correct. After reading some IEM recommendations on head-fi.org I decided to buy it. They sound rather weak right out of the box. After 15 minutes they sounded great. The bass opens up a little more. Because they're so small, from tip to cable, they sound amazing. They were very comfortable for me and also with the provided ear tips. They come with extra tips if you need a better fit. The cable also dumps on each earbud, which is a huge plus. They are strikingly neutral with a slight bass tilt. Most people prefer this sound in IEM unless you prefer a neutral frequency response. Keep in mind that this is not heavy bass, just slightly accented bass. They sound really good straight from the iPod. You don't really need an amp, but it does benefit a bit. I've listened to everything from Slaid Cleaves to Weird Al with them and loved every track. For the price you won't find a better IEM. Wonderful!
