Review on 🎧 USB-3.5MM Headset with Noise-Cancelling Microphone - Ideal for Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Calls by Sara Cassidy

I bought it on June 1st because my employer required that we receive it by June 7th. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use it until June 29th. It worked fine for 2 days and on the 3rd day nobody could hear me from the other side, whether it was during a call with a client or in a Zoom meeting. Installed this on 2 other computers to see if the headset was really bad. No matter what settings were adjusted or changed, even checking the Windows meter logged next to nothing. Now, on July 3rd, we've skipped our 30-day return policy. Now I'm at the mercy of the seller or manufacturer if they want to help further. UPDATE: I contacted the seller and he immediately sent me a new one. We've been using it so far this week and it works as it should, seems comfortable etc. Hopefully it keeps working for a long time. I have changed the rating to reflect my satisfaction with the prompt replacement. Many Thanks.
