I've had prescription reading glasses for a little less than a year. I have a lovely carved wooden owl glasses holder that I keep my glasses on when I'm not wearing them. But I've developed a bad, stupid, and frankly unforgivable habit of just sticking them exposed in my purse when I leave the house and taking them with me. When I stop to think about how to handle my handbag: throwing it on the floor of the car before driving, tossing it lightly in the shopping cart while trying to sanitize the shopping cart handle for COVID, the bag on the Set a table or kitchen counter when I get home, let the children carry it for me, etc. It is almost a miracle that I have not damaged the glasses in any way. My carefree days are over thanks to BRASS TACKS. When I saw their line of leather eyeglass cases, I immediately ordered the red case for myself. I really liked what I saw in the photos on the Revain site, but to be honest the photos don't really represent this glasses case. In person even better. This is SO well done! The line is precise and even. The leather is really soft (and smooth!) but still offers enough protection and padding for my glasses. They fit VERY well, with more than enough room. And I really like that the latch isn't a latch that you have to press to close. It's a magnetic clasp and when the two pieces connect, it makes a little "click" and the glasses stay safe and secure in the glasses holder! The case fits perfectly in my purse and doesn't take up much space at all. Without a doubt, the BRASS TACKS leather glasses case is definitely worth a gift (it comes in a nice box!) and is available in 8 colors. I am so happy with my glasses case. I love it. It's better than I expected and I totally recommend it! (My mobile camera isn't the best and I used a flash because I wanted to make sure the detail of the case was visible in my photos.
