I read other reviews, noticed the questions and answers about the snug fit and decided to buy. Love it! Put it on a 2013 Silverado that already had a factory "leather" wheel that was nicked and unsightly and measured 15-1/4 in. outside diameter. Put the new cover on the dashboard and leave it in the sun for about 3 hours. , covered and inside it's good and warm. Yes, it was difficult to put on and required some tugging and stretching, which didn't harm the coating at all. TIPS: Be careful to align the top center where you want the cover as once you turn it on you won't be able to move it at all. Starting at the top and drawing down each side, slide the back of the boot over the wheel from behind and slowly massage as you go. By the way, you really need to start working! Be patient, work carefully, and you'll be rewarded with a form-fitting case that looks amazing! It's not "real" leather (the law only requires 10% leather content to be considered "real"), it's made from higher quality composite materials, isn't flimsy and cheap, and feels good. A minimum volume is added to the finished wheel, my h is about 1 "gap" between the laces of the wheel. All in all, I highly recommend this case.
