Review on HaloFox Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacement for Canon Pixma TR8520 TR7520 TS6120 TS6220 TS6320 Printer Ink (5 Pack) by Nigel Cohen

I bought this pack of five cartridges and installed them in my Canon TS 6320 printer. All the cartridges worked fine except the yellow one. I wrote to the supplier and they asked me to send pictures of the error etc. I did and they sent me a whole new pack of cartridges, not just the ones that didn't work in my printer. New cartridges received, installed, everything works perfectly. Can't say enough about customer service. They understood my issue and responded beyond what was required to resolve my issue. The cartridges are easy to install and the printer recognizes them as genuine Canon cartridges (message on the printer screen).
